BOURNEMOUTH CC ClubMark - Appeal
 
Further to the decision of the Clubs of the SEPCL at their AGM last November to extend the membership of Bournemouth CC and the consequences that would ensue, Bournemouth CC lodged an appeal solely against the consequences.
 
Following personal representation by Senior Bournemouth members and due consideration given by the Appeal Committee at a hearing conducted on 16th January 2012, the appeal was dismissed.
 
Therefore, the consequences identified at the AGM remain unaltered
