Ground & Facilities Criteria...
Clubs aspiring to be promoted must meet the criteria of the higher grade by 1 August prior to promotion. The criteria must also be met by 1 August in subsequent years. Clubs not meeting the criteria for their current Division by 1 August will be at risk of relegation.
