GLAMORGAN SIGN BOURNEMOUTH'S COOKE

Glamorgan have handed a two-year contract to South African wicketkeeper batsman Chris Cooke, who played a major role in Bournemouth's ECB Southern Electric Premier League championship triumph this season.
The 24-year-old, who has hit more than 500 runs for the county's second team this summer, is in Saturday's final CB40 match squad against Somerset.
"Chris has played some excellent innings, besides showing that he is a good wicketkeeper," said Glamorgan director of cricket Matthew Maynard. "Looking ahead, he will be a very good addition to our squad."
Cooke has played in six first-class matches for Western Province in his homeland as well as having appeared in 14 one-day games, with a one-day best of 109 against Boland in 2009-10.
He made 543 runs for Bournemouth this summer and captained the side during the last month of the season.
